excellent choicesvaulted ceiling
the breakfast buffet had excellent choices. the big room featured a huge vaulted ceiling (i found it pretty romantic).
the temperature was a bit too warm because the air conditioning was deactivated.

The location was great, i'll give it that! my "superior Double Room" was smaller than i anticipated though. The air conditioning was ineffective and the room remained stuffy, a real disappointment. I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. The overall upkeep seemed lacking. It's the little details that make a difference, and sadly, they were missing.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location. It allowed easy access to major attractions. The room featured a functional desk and chair which aided in comfortable in-room work. Breakfast provided a very good range of options. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness throughout my visit.
The hotel parking is not on the hotel, i found it a bit of a walk with luggage.

I found the staff very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The breakfast included a good selection of well-prepared foods. The hotel also provides bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. I enjoyed the benefit of fresh air coming through the operable windows.
The hotel parking is located off hotel. This requires an 8-10 minute walk to and from the hotel. This made managing luggage a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is clean. I noted the meticulous attention to detail. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They provided quick responses to requests. I appreciated the central location because it is in the cultural heart of the destination.
The AC was shut off for the season though it was unseasonably warm! Therefore, the room became too warm. I had to open windows, but street noise became very noticeable.
